• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state OT licensure or eligibility for licensure
• School-based OT experience preferred, but new graduates with relevant fieldwork encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to adapt and tailor interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Flexibility to manage varied caseloads and multiple school sites if needed

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments to identify students needs and create effective intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student participation and performance in academic and social activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and families to support students motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and adaptive functioning
• Contribute to IEP meetings and participate in parent conferences as needed
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education within school-based OT
