Public Storage Property Manager

Public Storage, the self‑storage industry leader, is looking for motivated Property Managers to join our team. This role involves managing multiple storage locations, interacting with customers, and ensuring property operations run smoothly.

• Flexible and full‑time schedules (9:30 am–6 pm weekdays, until 5 pm weekends)

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside the facilities
• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring units are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily operations
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk around facilities for up to 50% of the time, including outdoor environments, climbing stairs, and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal

• Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies)
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available)
