Registered Nurse (RN) – Primary Care | Outpatient Clinic
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic team within a high-volume, mission-driven Primary Care outpatient clinic
. In this role, you’ll support patients across the lifespan, ensuring continuity of care, health education, and chronic disease management within a collaborative care team.
- Deliver patient-centered care in a culturally inclusive, fast-paced primary care environment
- Triage patients, administer medications and vaccines, and support diagnostic testing
- Educate patients on chronic disease management and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, and other care team members for seamless care delivery
- Assist in managing same-day visits, care coordination, and clinical documentation
- Serves as a primary care home for more than half of the adult and pediatric population in the area
- Team of over 100 family medicine physicians
, including a large residency program training future healthcare leaders - Supports over 12,000 hospital visits and 800 births annually
- Offers a full spectrum of services
, from gynecology to high-risk obstetrics and chronic disease care - Deeply committed to health equity and bilingual, culturally sensitive care
- A diverse, urban patient population with deep community roots
- Individuals and families facing social, economic, and healthcare access challenges
- Patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults, with varying levels of medical complexity
- A community that values continuity of care and relationships with its care team
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- 1+ year of RN experience in an outpatient, family medicine, or primary care setting preferred
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus but not required
- A passion for community-based healthcare and culturally responsive care
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
