Base Pay Range

$15.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of employees during your shift
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards are met, including slicer operation
  • Manage shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Train staff based on the 7 Principles of Success, company policies, procedures & standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or catering facility
  • Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service
  • Produce high quality food and deliver the Jersey Mike's experience
  • Handle cash and financial transactions
  • Follow the Learning Management System Training Program
  • Develop others for career growth and enforce policies and procedures
  • Participate in local and national marketing initiatives and build sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices on the floor
  • Be certified in all four positions of the restaurant, communicate effectively, and act with urgency
  • Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance unless medical limitations apply (ADA compliant)

  • 4‑hour shift
  • 8‑hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Morning shift
  • Evening / closing shift

Qualifications
  • High‑school degree or equivalent
  • 1 year QSR experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
  • Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler
  • Requires reliable transportation
