• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising practices and signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service is worked back to the salesfloor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs, and thank them for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting and helping others – including guests and team members.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active environment where teamwork and problem solving are key.
• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly; stay focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.
• Capable of handling cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally, with or without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable and prompt attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; stay mobile for scheduled shifts.
