As a member of our fireplace service team, you are responsible for a major part of our services. You install and service the chimneys and fireplaces of our clients, making their homes a lot more comfortable. When interacting with our customers, you ensure that you are professional and prompt, especially when taking care of their concerns and finding solutions. As services are requested and completed, you complete all estimates and invoices in our software in order to maintain accurate records.

Working closely with your team, you lead by example and make sure that you and your team have the required training to get the job done. When you're not at the job site, you make sure that your work truck is well maintained and stocked.

• Chimney Safety Institution of America (CSIA) certification, 2+ years of chimney tech experience
