Position
Senior Associate Recruiter-Vaco Accounting and Finance
Base pay range$22.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Responsibilities- The AP Specialist will process invoices
- Processing ACH and wire transfers
- Work with data entry into system
- The AP Specialist will be responsible for handle purchase orders
- Vendor management/communication, and issuing 1099s
- Resolving discrepancies
- Cutting checks
- Familiarity with Excel and Netsuite experience preferred
- Working with AP highly preferred
