Franco Manufacturing is a leading international producer of licensed home fashions, including fun and whimsical bedding, pillows, blankets, towels, and accessories. Our products are sold in major retail stores and online marketplaces nationwide.

The Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analytics Manager with 10+ years of experience in sales analytics and inventory planning to manage POS, inventory, and license content reporting. In this hands‑on role, you’ll work closely with our Planning, Sales, and E‑Commerce teams to turn data into strategy, optimize inventory, and drive sales growth.

• Analyze POS trends and inventory to make proactive recommendations that maximize sales and minimize overstock.
• Manage and deliver weekly/monthly reports on sales, forecasts, and inventory for internal teams and retail partners.
• Partner with Planning and Sales teams to improve forecast accuracy and secure additional orders.
• Support e‑commerce channels (Amazon, , etc.) with reporting, insights, and best practices.
• Supervise and mentor a Sr. Business Analyst and help build analytical capabilities across the team.
• Use historical data and trends to identify risks, forecast demand, and support buying decisions.
• Collaborate with IT on new system implementations and process automation.

• 10+ years of experience in sales analysis, inventory planning, or replenishment (e‑commerce experience required).
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience improving or implementing automated systems and processes.
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in our Metuchen, NJ corporate office 4 days/week.

Location:

Metuchen, NJ (in‑office 4 days/week).

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
