Flexologist - Pilates Professionals

As a Flexologist, you’ll lead one-on-one assisted stretch sessions that complement your Pilates foundation—helping clients build mobility, reduce pain, and enhance movement quality in everyday life. Whether your specialty is classical or contemporary, mat or Reformer, your training is a perfect match for our studio’s movement-first philosophy.

Core-Centered Expertise:
Your eye for form, posture, and muscle engagement is exactly what clients need in a stretch session.

Movement Mastery:

As a Flexologist, you’ll:

Deliver 25- and 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to individual client needs

Conduct mobility assessments and create personalized stretch routines

Educate clients on body alignment, breath, and functional movement

Document client progress and maintain session notes

Collaborate with a team of movement professionals in a studio that prioritizes learning, connection, and wellness

Required:

Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Apparatus)

CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset

Passion for movement, recovery, and functional wellness

Preferred:

Background in anatomy, kinesiology, or movement science

Experience working with private clients or one-on-one formats

Additional experience in yoga, personal training, or corrective exercise
