Portus Property Management (PPM) seeks a Financial Controller for a 4-month FTC in Swinton, hybrid working. You will lead the monthly and annual statutory accounts for PPM, oversee balance sheet reviews, month-end reporting and regulatory compliance.
You will provide technical accounting, VAT and tax support, lead cash flow forecasting and working capital, and deliver financial analysis to the PPM Board and stakeholders.
