Job Overview

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (Logistics / FMCG / Food). Salary: £47,000 in year1, rising to £50,000 in year

Mexborough.

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of 6 engineers and oversee all day‑to‑day maintenance, maintenance planning, and scheduled projects within a large distribution centre. The role is split between office‑based and on‑floor duties, requiring close collaboration with the supply chain to ensure efficient operation of the facility.

• Lead and manage a team of 6 Facilities Maintenance Engineers.
• Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) strategies.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare reports for management.

• Experience as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor or equivalent position.
• Background in logistics, food, FMCG or related industry.

Hours:

45 per week with flexible start and finish times.
