Fleet Manager; HGV's

Overview

Fleet Manager (HGVs) role in a fast-paced logistics environment. Salary £35,000 - £45,000 plus company benefits, overtime, and progression opportunities.

Location:

Mexborough, South Yorkshire.

The company is a growing logistics provider with multiple sites and a workforce of around 200 employees, serving industries including automotive, food, and pharmaceuticals.

• Manage a fleet of around 80 HGVs across four UK sites.
• Coordinate servicing and maintenance schedules with Site Managers.
• Develop departmental budgets and monitor repair costs.
• Respond to vehicle breakdowns by arranging repair services.
• Oversee procurement of vehicle parts and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
• Travel to the company s four UK sites approximately once a month.
• Work a 45-hour week with time off in lieu for additional hours.

• Fleet Manager or similar with experience managing 20+ HGVs.
• Able to commute to Mexborough.
