Position: Merchandiser - Mexico, MO in the US

Merchandiser – Mexico, Missouri, U.S.

This is a full‑time, exempt position. Merchandisers at ADM are a vital component in our supply chain. Individuals in these dynamic roles have responsibility for the procurement of grain and oilseeds, and/or the marketing of finished goods to achieve optimum financial results. Merchandisers are asked to develop an understanding of local, national and global market trends, calculate business margins and their effect on commodity pricing, and manage local bids and offers among many other topics.

Additionally, in their roles, Merchandisers balance risk management, customer relationships, transportation and logistics. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers as well as colleagues from other ADM Processing Plants, the handling of logistics, accounting, execution and other customer related issues.

Description of work performed
  • Builds & maintains positive relationships with accounts that bring defined value

Qualifications
  • Four‑year degree in Business or an Agriculture‑related field
  • GPA of 2.8 or greater is preferred
  • Open to relocation throughout the U.S. future opportunities preferred

Compensation

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non‑exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $54,600.00 – $.

Salaried Incentive Plan – The total compensation package for this position will also include an annual bonus.
