Job Title

Facility Maintenance Associate – Store Operations

• Maintain the image of store facilities, lot, and grounds through routine maintenance.
• Perform monthly lot audits.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing equipment via the DIT process (sold, transferred, demo, etc.).
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner while adhering to safety rules and regulations.
• Clean and maintain facilities image for customers and employees.
• Stage equipment for customer clinics, open house, or other events.
• Maintain grounds including lawn, equipment displays and parking lot.
• Perform basic maintenance on company equipment (oil change, refueling, changing filters and mileage monitoring).
• Demonstrate a constant commitment to customer service.

• Coordinated required repairs for items that cannot be completed in house; assembled and replaced light bulbs, filters, fixtures and displays.
• Maintained a clean work area and performed work in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Worked independently with little or no supervision; self‑motivated.
• Must have an adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities.
• All other duties assigned.
• Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment for maintenance purposes.
• Experience with basic computer functions.
• Experience working cooperatively in a team environment.
• Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required;
  Associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
