Entertainment Team Associate – Walmart

Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance. They are tech‑savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and ensure entertainment displays are maintained throughout the day.

Hourly wage: $15.00–$28.00 per hour. The actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
