Position Overview

As a key player in Richemont’s data transformation journey led by the Group Data Office, the Data Project Manager Intern will support the enablement of our Maisons, Functions, Divisions and Regions in their capacity to manage and leverage their data securely, autonomously and at scale.

Within the Data Enablement team and reporting to our Senior Data Program Manager, the ideal candidate will support the organization and orchestration of the transformation program for our business entities, focusing on change management, communication, and training coordination.

Responsibilities
1. Assist in Data Transformation Program Management
  • Help manage the portfolio of initiatives on the data transformation roadmap.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—including Group Technology, Analytics Enablement, and Governance Enablement—to create a transformation roadmap, map interdependencies, and track progress.
  • Collaborate with Maisons and Group Functions to define Data Transformation program objectives and scope.
2. Data Transformation Community Animation
  • Support communities of practice or forums to facilitate collaboration on data transformation‑related initiatives.
  • Build and organize resources, support materials, and communication content to animate the data transformation community.
  • Assist other program managers and team members with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
3. Data Trainings and Communication Support
  • Orchestrate our training and communication plan working closely alongside Data Office team members and key stakeholders.
  • Work with our internal and external partners to define the communication and training content needs and plan resources accordingly.
  • Review training content provided by contributors to align on messaging, tone and readability for the target audience.
4. Assist in Measuring and Communicating Impact
  • Help track key performance indicators to measure the impact of data enablement initiatives.
  • Assist in providing regular updates on progress and achievements.
  • Help prepare communication on the success stories and benefits derived from data enablement.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in data, cloud, and related technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms and/or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a project management or data‑related role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with a proactive and problem‑solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships within the team and across the organization.
  • Proven creativity and analytical thinking, ability to break down complex tasks.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Fluent English is mandatory for this role. French is a plus.
  • Luxury or retail business know‑how is a plus.
