Marketing Activations Project Manager

YOUR MISSION

Acting as a key cross-functional lead, the Project Manager owns the development of these campaigns from strategic briefing through creative development and production to Go-To-Market, equipping regions and markets with compelling 360° campaign strategies, assets and toolboxes for impactful local activation.

The role also supports key Maison initiatives, including exhibitions, events and boutique openings, through the development of dedicated marketing and communication assets.

• Lead the development of global 360° ambassador and seasonal celebration campaigns, from strategic framing and creative briefing through campaign development, asset production and the delivery of comprehensive Go-To-Market toolboxes.
• Build strategic and creative briefs and orchestrate cross-functional teams, partnering with Product, Creative, Digital, Media, CRM, PR, Events, Client Experience, Retail, VM and Trade Marketing to develop cohesive campaign strategies across relevant touchpoints.
• Drive creative development and asset production with internal teams, agencies and external partners, ensuring the highest standards of brand expression while managing timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Develop dedicated marketing and communication assets for key Maison initiatives, including exhibitions, events and boutique openings, in close collaboration with the relevant project owners and internal teams.
• Drive Go-To-Market readiness and support regional and local activation, anticipating project needs and risks, delivering clear activation frameworks and toolboxes, and providing markets with the strategic guidance and assets required for relevant and consistent local implementation.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement, consolidating market results and feedback, identifying key learnings and translating them into actionable recommendations for future campaigns.

• Manage the global social media editorial calendar and campaign activations, coordinating content planning and local adaptations with key markets, including China, Japan and Korea.
• Oversee day-to-day social media operations, including content publishing through Sprinklr and Community Management, ensuring consistency, responsiveness and a high-quality client experience across channels.
• Monitor social media performance and KPIs, consolidating results and identifying actionable insights to continuously optimise content and engagement.

• 3-5 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand communications or campaign management
• Proven experience leading the development of complex, multi-channel campaigns, involving multiple stakeholders, markets and external partners.
• Strong project management skills, ownership and accountability
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing, creative production, content, digital and social media ecosystems.
• Ability to influence, challenge and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of global and local social media platforms; experience with Sprinklr is an asset.
• Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
