Reporting to Management, the Quality & Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for the implementation, management and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) /she actively contributes to the overall performance of the company by ensuring compliance with standards and promoting a sustainable quality culture.

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Quality Manager (M/F) between 70% and 100%

• Manage and maintain the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Prepare, coordinate and conduct internal and external audits
• Ensure process and procedure compliance
• Identify areas for improvement and manage associated action plans
• Handle non-conformities and monitor quality indicators
• Train and raise awareness among teams regarding quality requirements
• Monitor regulatory and normative developments to ensure company compliance

• Higher education in quality, management or an equivalent field
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
• Internal auditor certification ISO 9001
• Proven experience in conducting audits
• Analytical mindset, rigour and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities
• Experience in the transport and logistics sector is an advantage
