Delano Miami Beach is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its finance team. Under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Finance, you will maintain accurate financial records, assist in preparing reports, reconcile accounts, and support the month-end close, daily financial reporting, and overall financial integrity of the hotel.
This role requires strong hotel accounting knowledge, proficiency with Opera or similar systems, and leadership abilities to mentor junior staff.
