Part-Time Bookkeeper

Location:

Miami Beach, FL

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support the daily accounting operations of a local company. This is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper looking for a part-time schedule in a professional work environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Handle accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).

+ Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.

+ Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

+ Assist with monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.

+ Maintain organized accounting files and documentation.

+ Support additional bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

- Experience supporting accounting or bookkeeping functions in an office environment.

- Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Ability to perform accurate data entry and invoice processing with strong attention to detail.

- Familiarity with Quick Books; experience with Quick Books Online is an advantage.

- Comfortable handling payment-related documentation and assisting with check preparation.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring tasks independently.

- Availability to work part-time on an ongoing Contract basis for approximately 8 to 12 hours per week.
