We have a great opportunity for a full-time Executive Housekeeper in Miami Beach. This is the family's primary residence, consisting of two properties on adjacent lots. The household includes a couple and three children and is fully staffed with a housekeeping team, nannies, and additional household staff.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with experience working in a large, fully staffed home. Flexibility is essential, particularly during peak winter months and when the family is entertaining or traveling.
Schedule & Seasonality
Winter Months:
High flexibility required, Typically Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends and late evenings, Overtime paid for additional hours
Summer Months:
Family travels for approximately three months ( June, July, August). Schedule shifts to Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day
Job Responsibilities
- General housekeeping and organization of interior spaces and immediate exterior areas (patios)
- Detailed and deep cleaning throughout the residence
- Floor care (vacuuming and mopping)
- Organizing closets, pantries, and storage areas
- Laundry with care for high-end fabrics, wardrobe organization, and shoe care
- Prepare light breakfasts (e.g., eggs, toast, simple items)
- Grocery shopping and running errands
- Maintain checklists for household repairs and maintenance needs
- Schedule and oversee deep-cleaning projects during summer months
- Work collaboratively with two other housekeepers and the broader household team
- Provide pet care for the family dog, including overnight care when required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a housekeeper in a formal private residence
- Verifiable professional references
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible, reliable, and comfortable with changing schedules
