Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Senior Photographer to join our team on a full-time basis. The Senior Photographer will be responsible for leading a team of photographers and ensuring the delivery of top-notch photography services to our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for creating stunning images.

• Lead a team of photographers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality images
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to photographers to help them improve their skills
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for photo shoots
• Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly stored
• Oversee the editing and post-production process to ensure timely delivery of images to clients
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide recommendations for photography packages
• Maintain a strong understanding of current photography trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our services
• Travel with the cruise ship to various destinations and capture images of guests and events
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on board the ship

• Bachelor's degree in photography or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional photographer
• Extensive knowledge of photography equipment and editing software
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Willingness to travel and work on a cruise ship for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition and lighting
