The Pool & Beach Supervisor must effectively coordinate and supervise the operation of the Pool & Beach or any other supported areas. The role also serves the pool & beach staff and leads the team to provide an exception guest experience according to Four Seasons standards.

• Ensure service procedures and standards are being executed by all pool & beach staff
• Ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, strong guest engagement skills to effectively develop a rapport and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests or residents.
• Assist with the service and preparation of beverage and food to guests and Amenities

• Previous luxury hospitality experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage
• College degree or equivalent preferred
