What You'll DoIf you love banquets and catering, you'll provide timely, courteous service to banquet guests, encouraging repeat visits and delivering outstanding experiences. You'll serve food and beverages in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Include- Providing excellent customer service and accommodating special requests.
- Busing and setting tables, including condiments.
- Preparing rooms for events (setting tablecloths, dishes, silverware).
- Serving food and drinks during events.
- Answering questions about buffet or menu items.
- Leading yourself based on instructions from Banquet Captain, Lead Server, or Banquet Manager.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, restaurant, banquets, or hotel settings.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine.
- Ability to work well with staff and guests.
- A passion for creating personable experiences.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler Certificate (if applicable).
