About the Role :The Valet Manager at Grand Beach Surfside will oversee the daily operations of the valet service, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all guests. The Valet Manager will be responsible for training and supervising valet staff, implementing best practices, and managing the flow of vehicles in a busy environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or valet industry.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Experience with luxury service environments.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the valet team to ensure efficient vehicle handling.
- Train and mentor valet staff on customer service protocols and safe driving practices.
- Monitor the flow of vehicles and manage parking logistics to optimize space and minimize wait times.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues related to valet services promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, parking assignments, and any incidents that occur during service.
