• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the valet team to ensure efficient vehicle handling.
• Train and mentor valet staff on customer service protocols and safe driving practices.
• Monitor the flow of vehicles and manage parking logistics to optimize space and minimize wait times.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues related to valet services promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, parking assignments, and any incidents that occur during service.
