The Balcony Cleaner will maintain the cleanliness of all assigned balconies and patio furniture, sliding doors, and windows.

Examples of Duties Includes But Is Not Limited To The Following :

• Maintains and cleans balcony.
• Works with Engineering department to maintain condition / quality of balconies.
• Reports all maintenance problems as needed.
• Notifies supervisor when a shortage of supplies is noticed.
• Recognizes and uses appropriate cleaning chemicals.
• Turns in articles left in rooms to management for "Lost and Found" handling, following hotel procedures.
• Assists with projects as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.
• Relevant experience in a large resort.
