Come join our team as a Concierge and provide exceptional guest service in our luxurious hotel. We are seeking an outgoing and friendly candidate passionate about hospitality with excellent communication skills.

As a Concierge, you will assist guests with:

• Restaurant reservations and local attraction recommendations
• Transportation arrangements and itineraries
• Other guest requests and inquiries

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
• Ability to multitask and prioritize guest requests
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual skills are a plus
