The Dining Room Host is a full‑time position based on‑site at our Miami Beach, FL location. Key responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, guiding guests to their tables, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. You will collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and organized environment, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction during dining experiences.

• Proficiency in managing Reservations and table assignments to optimize guest experiences.
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to engage with guests professionally and courteously.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage concepts to support guest inquiries and dining needs.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle guest interactions with professionalism and poise.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Previous dining or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
