Aboutthe Role
The Stewarding Manager oversees all facets of the Stewarding Department. The manager ensures proper usage and preventative maintenance of all machinery and equipment used in the Stewarding Department. In addition, must also set-up and maintain inventory of supplies, plan and budget the purchasing of china, glassware, and silverware for the entire F&B division. In addition, the Stewarding Manager coordinates, trains and supervises the Stewarding staff.
We are looking for individuals who have prior knowledge of kitchen and floor cleaning equipment and some management experience in working with banquets, restaurants and kitchens. A minimum of one-two years of experience as Food & Beverage manager is preferred along with a degree in Hospitality Management, however, not essential with relevant experience.
