FAENA is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee all processes within the Stewarding Department at our Miami Beach property. You will supervise, plan and coordinate daily activities, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation and proper use of equipment in accordance with Faena Standards.
In this role you will manage administrative tasks, coordinate inventory, and ensure timely sanitation inspections while maintaining back-of-house areas and supporting banquet and function services.
