Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Annually

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented
Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team!

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk operations, or customer service.

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Assist guests with special requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
• Use hotel reservation and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Follow hotel policies, security procedures, and service standards.

• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and experience with reservation systems.
  
  Experience with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar hotel software is a plus.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
