Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is now recruiting a Wedding & Social Events Sales Manager to join the hotel's team. An art deco building and architectural landmark is home to the newest luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Mid-Beach. The property boasts 287 guestrooms, including 64 breathtaking suites, and the only ocean-view arrival experience in Miami Beach. The design features elements of texture, art, and vibrant pops of color that create a unique and captivating experience.

Each suite is designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, most featuring deep-soaking tubs and cozy reading nooks.

The Wedding & Social Events Sales Manager is responsible for proactively selling and servicing weddings, social celebrations, galas, mitzvahs, fundraisers, corporate events, and other special occasions. This role actively solicits new business opportunities while managing the full event lifecycle, from initial inquiry and proposal through contracting, planning, and event execution.

• Proactively sell and service weddings, social events, corporate functions, galas, mitzvahs, fundraisers, and other catered events while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales and planning process.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, conducting site tours, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating event details through execution.
• Achieve assigned revenue goals through proactive prospecting, lead generation, networking, venue showcases, relationship-building efforts, and the effective conversion of inquiries into confirmed business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, social event planners, corporate clients, luxury concierge partners, florists, photographers, entertainment providers, destination management companies, and community organizations to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct engaging hotel site tours and showcase the unique experiences, venues, and amenities available at Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process, ensuring exceptional communication and a seamless transition from sales to event execution.
• Collaborate closely with Events Operations, Banquets, Revenue Management, Marketing, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments to ensure successful event delivery and an exceptional guest experience.
