** About the role
** The Digital Marketing Manager supports the Public Relations Director and the Commercia Director to execute strategies in website development, social media platforms, content development, and online review management. This role’s lead responsibilities include actively maintaining visuals and copy across owned and third-party website channels, generating social media content and calendars, growing social media engagement, and managing the hotel’s online reputation.
** What you will do
*** Through proactive ideation, manages the Hotel as well as Restaurant and Bar social media channels, curating and organizing content calendars that amplify key messages and highlight the property’s identity, business objectives, current offerings, and storytelling.
* Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Creates engaging social media content including Instagram stories and reels, working closely with key departments to produce content opportunities.
* Executes strategies to grow social media metrics including audience size, impressions, engagement, and post link clicks, supporting the hotel’s performance on monthly commercial scorecard.
* Performs community management of all social media platforms.
* Utilizes available programs (including Traacker and Social Native) to vet social media collaboration opportunities and integrate User Generated Content.
* Actively uses Sprout Social Media Management platform to efficiently schedule social media content and provide monthly and as-needed reporting.
* Pursues and coordinates social media influencer stays and experiences, and builds briefs to ensure aesthetic content and deliverable expectations are aligned.
* Monitors social media conversations relevant to the Hotel, luxury travel industry, and local market.
* Coordinates property participation in corporate global social media campaigns.
* Manages the online presence of the Hotels to ensure information accurately reflects the hotel’s current business objectives, offerings, and storytelling across Four Seasons owned channels which includes , Four Seasons App, Partner Websites, and internal online resources.
* Ensures visual and information updates extend to all third-party websites, maintaining alignment with the Hotel’s positioning, product, business objectives, and storytelling.
* Manages “Local SEO” needs which includes up-to-date information and postings for Google Profiles.
