The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides strategic leadership for technology investments, partners with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, and ensures that the organization’s systems are secure, reliable, and scalable. The CIO leads IT governance, vendor management, and enterprise architecture while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within the technology function.

• Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and third party support.
• Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and risk management across all technology systems.
• Lead the digital transformation agenda to improve operational performance and customer experience.
• Create tech based and efficiency driven systems / solutions that drive error reduction, efficiency gains, and optimize operations.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Establish IT governance frameworks and performance metrics to track outcomes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize technology-driven business opportunities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team that embraces innovation and continuous improvement.

• Proven success in developing and executing technology strategies that support organizational growth.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise systems, cloud computing, App development and management, systems integration, and data management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
• Must have aviation experience, preferably in business or general aviation.

• Standard business hours are expected in this role.
• Ability to travel as required up to 20%
