- Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage warehouse staff.
- Ensure safe and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of construction materials and equipment.
- Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely.
- Use inventory software to track stock, process orders, and maintain documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Conduct scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for warehouse personnel.
- Enforce OSHA compliance, company safety standards, and warehouse best practices.
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish with vendors, staff, and leadership.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management — preferred.
- Forklift certification or equivalent hands‑on experience — required.
- Familiarity with inventory or warehouse software (Fishbowl, Net Suite, Quick Books, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- OSHA Forklift Operator Certification
