CPS Outdoors is seeking a bilingual, hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead daily logistics and warehouse operations. This position plays a critical role in inventory management, shipping/receiving, and staff supervision—ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. • Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage warehouse staff.
• Ensure safe and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of construction materials and equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Use inventory software to track stock, process orders, and maintain documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Conduct scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for warehouse personnel.
• Enforce OSHA compliance, company safety standards, and warehouse best practices.
• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish with vendors, staff, and leadership.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management — preferred.
• Forklift certification or equivalent hands‑on experience — required.
• Familiarity with inventory or warehouse software (Fishbowl, Net Suite, Quick Books, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
