We are looking for a Food & Beverage Marketing Manager
to join the re-opening of the famed Delano Miami Beach
.

Set to open its doors in 2025, Delano Miami Beach will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. Comprising 170 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel will preserve its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean.

Delano Miami Beach will act as the brand’s flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. Ennismore, in partnership with Cain International (the owners of Delano Miami Beach as well as partner in the Delano brand), are currently undertaking a significant renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Delano hotel with an aim to open its doors again ahead of the 2025 winter high season.

As the Food & Beverage Marketing Manager
, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives while ensuring the highest standards in our food and beverage offerings. You will work closely with the management team to create a vibrant brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. You will be the primary point of contact for our PR agency, managing the relationship and all related topics.

You’ll play a key role in introducing Delano Miami Beach’s new dining offerings as we aim to position ourselves as a premier F&B destination in Miami, attracting a diverse clientele and creating memorable experiences.

Job Description

What you’ll do...

Strategic Marketing & Planning:

  • Implement the launch & opening PR, marketing, and communication plan aligned with all the Food & Beverage outlets' objectives and milestones.
  • Ensure the brand positioning statement and key messaging to ensure all collateral resonates with our brand's identity.
  • Contribute to the annual marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market trends specific to the local dining scene.
  • Organize and lead weekly marketing meetings with internal and head office support teams to review past activities and plan future initiatives.
  • Implement marketing objectives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Continuously analyze competitor activities in the local market to stay ahead.
  • Identify target markets and potential brand ambassador partnerships for impactful collaborations

Digital & Social Media Management:

  • Manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistency and high-quality content, including posts, stories, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns to promote our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the content team and agency/ies to create compelling content for social media, our website, and press releases.
  • Schedule weekly meetings with the operations team and head office to align on events and content strategy.

Performance Analysis & Web Management:

  • Work with web maintenance providers to ensure website updates and functionality.
  • Analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal return on investment and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Track key marketing KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Event Marketing & Public Relations:

  • Maintain and update the marketing and event calendar.
  • Plan and manage marketing events in collaboration with management, ensuring impactful execution.
  • In coordination with our PR agency, identify and invite relevant influencers and bloggers to amplify our brand reach. Curate a targeted media list of both local and international publications, complete with an aligned communication calendar.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the PR agency, managing the relationship and coordinating all related PR activities.

Operational Support & Communication:

  • Regularly update and manage food & beverage menus across all platforms.
  • Ensure seamless communication between marketing and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
