The Manager, Content & Social Media helps tell the story of The Standard Spa, Miami Beach as it happens. This is a hands-on role for someone who can make strong creative work, move quickly, and recognize the moments worth sharing. You’ll plan and produce content for our social channels, design assets in Canva, write copy in The Standard’s voice, and spend time on property capturing the people, programming, food, spaces, and details that make this place what it is.
Some of the best moments happen outside a standard workday. You should be comfortable attending events, capturing content, and publishing live when the moment calls for it.
You’ll work closely with the Brand Activations & Marketing Manager on priorities and direction. Once those are clear, we need someone who can make sound creative decisions in real time: choose the right shot, write the caption, check the details, and post with confidence.
