About you...Passionate about Food & Beverage and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.

A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.

Experience in Beverage operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.

Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Ability to train team members to implement SOPs for the bar operation.

Ability to communicate to management the need for bar inventory and forecast in demand menu items.

Ability to create detailed nightly reports of staff performance, clientele incidences, and maintenance issues.
