Food Runner - Joyce

As a Runner, your primary focus will be delivering food to the guests. Additionally, you will provide support to the front‑of‑house operations as needed, such as clearing and resetting tables and assisting with other tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have a strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

• Work with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are delivered promptly to the correct tables.
• Confirm accuracy and presentation of food orders before serving guests.
• Communicate special requests or modifications to the kitchen team.
• Responsible for Food/Menu knowledge.
• Assist servers and bussers with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Keep your workstation clean and organized.
• Complete daily side work as assigned by management.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.

• Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a high end fast paced environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and reliable work ethic.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.
