• Cook menu items assigned to station
• Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions
• Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes
• Assist sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen
• Dispose spoiled food and other waste material
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations
• Report any issues with kitchen equipment to management

• Have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
• Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment
• Have effective communication skills
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high‑pressure environment
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
