The Setai offers a luxurious oceanfront environment blending South Beach elegance with tropical tranquility. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, and demonstrate proactive service to anticipate guest needs. Prior experience in a fine dining establishment is highly desired.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Set tables according to standards.
- Polish glasses and silverware.
- Prepare side station.
- Ensure tables are clean, no crumbs or dirt.
- Have sugar caddies and salt/pepper shakers on tables.
- Assist the server, greet guests by name and maintain eye contact.
- Reset dirty tables quickly.
- Restock all areas (silverware, napkins, glassware and linens).
High School diploma or equivalent preferred; minimum of two to five years experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
