Overview

Job Title: Support Staff / Food Runner

Location: The Joyce — Miami Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (flexible)
Reports To: Front-of-House Manager / Restaurant Manager

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests’ tables.
• Support servers and bussers by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining dining areas.
• Assist in setting up service stations and table settings before and during shifts.
• Ensure orders are checked for accuracy and presentation before service.
• Communicate guest needs and special requests to the appropriate team members.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during service.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred but not required; training provided.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
