Sales Associate

The Sales Associate – Ready-to-Wear is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience by providing personalized service, developing lasting client relationships, and driving sales through strong product knowledge and effective clienteling. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for luxury fashion, a professional and client-focused approach, and the ability to contribute to the overall success and daily operations of the boutique or retail location.

• Deliver a personalized, elevated shopping experience by understanding each client's needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up, and consistent engagement.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, presenting complete looks, recommending complementary pieces, and introducing new collections.

• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of ready-to-wear collections, fabrics, fit, construction, sizing, and styling options.
• Communicate product features, quality, craftsmanship, and design details effectively.

• Maintain accurate client profiles, preferences, purchase histories, and contact information in accordance with company procedures.
• Conduct thoughtful follow-up with clients regarding purchases, new arrivals, special requests, and upcoming collections.
• Proactively identify opportunities to reconnect with existing clients and develop new client relationships.

• Previous experience in luxury fashion, premium ready-to-wear, or high-end retail preferred.
• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and luxury customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and provide personalized service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Professional demeanor, flexibility, and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems, clienteling tools, and inventory procedures is an advantage.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events as required.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to bend, reach, and assist with merchandise handling.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and shipment boxes in accordance with applicable safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment and adapt to changing business needs.
