The Client Advisor will drive business performance while delivering an elevated and highly personalized client experience. This individual leads by example, demonstrating exceptional selling ability, cultivating long-term client relationships, and supporting team development.

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales objectives;
• Deliver a refined, personalized client experience grounded in product knowledge and brand heritage;
• Build and maintain a strategic client portfolio through thoughtful outreach and follow-up;
• Utilize CRM tools to support long-term relationship development;
• Uphold visual, operational, and brand standards at all times;
• Ensure adherence to company policies and security protocols.
