Assist in all hotel security and safety-related programs. Perform protective, preventative, safety, and security-related enforcement functions, touring the hotel complex to ensure the safety and well-being of all hotel guests, associates, and vendors.

• Knowledge and skill in how to diffuse potentially difficult situations
• Ability to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
• Advanced skill using computer, surveillance, and communications systems
• Excellent guest and employee relations skills
• Reputation for handling situations and confidential information discretely, projecting a positive, professional, supportive outward image and exercising good judgment for the position
• Strong familiarity with how to effectively deal with situations involving the use of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, and weapons
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Compliance with uniform, appearance, and attendance guidelines as outlined in The Setai Employee Handbook
• Must possess or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
• Valid Florida Security license

• High school diploma required AND three (3) years' experience as a Security Officer in a multi-unit luxury property, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with high-profile and high-net-worth individuals is a plus.

This is a non-management position. This is a full-time position.
