Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Security Officer who can provide a high level of security, professionalism, and white-glove customer service in a luxury residential environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, alert, well-groomed, and comfortable interacting with residents, guests, vendors, concierge teams, valet staff, and property management.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor building entrances, exits, and access points
Control access for residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and deliveries
Conduct interior, exterior, garage, and amenity-area patrols
Monitor CCTV and security systems
Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
Identify and report suspicious or unauthorized activity
Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports
Enforce property security procedures and access-control policies
De-escalate situations professionally and calmly
Protect resident privacy and confidentiality
Provide exceptional, professional white-glove customer service
Communicate and coordinate with concierge, valet, and property management
QualificationsActive Florida Class D Security License – Required
Previous security experience; 3+ years preferred
Luxury condominium or residential security experience strongly preferred
Experience with CCTV and access-control systems
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Professional appearance and excellent grooming
Reliable transportation
Clean background and professional references
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional under pressure
