* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 21+ years of age.

+ Fluent, English, and Spanish

+ Required, ability to use a computer or tablet.

+ Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift.

+ Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

** Responsibilities:*
* + security Supervise the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site.

+ Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support.

+ Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.

+ Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both clients and employees.

+ Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

+ Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

+ Must possess effective written and oral communication and people skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.

+ Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and log in neat, legible handwriting.

+ Able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
