Miami Gardens, FL | $130K – $170K DEO + Benefits

• Lead project estimating from conceptual budgets to hard bids.
• Manage subcontractor bids, RFQs, and proposals.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost modeling, and value engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with design teams, project managers, and owners.
• Mentor junior estimators and help refine best practices.
• Present and communicate proposals confidently with clients.

• Proven experience in the construction industry (
  high‑rise or luxury projects preferred
  ).
• 8+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A results‑driven mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
  .
• Proficiency with estimating tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Timberline, OST, Building Connected).
• Excellent organizational and client‑facing skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
