• North Dade: 17301 NW 27th Ave, Miami Gardens, FL 33056

Travel between these locations is required. Mileage reimbursement will be provided, and schedules will be shared in advance.

• Assist the dental team in providing exceptional patient care.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post‑treatment care.
• Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs for a smooth workflow.
• Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately.

• Prior dental assisting experience or relevant education is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with dental software and technology is a plus.

• Connecticut: certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
• Florida:
  Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH permit).
• Georgia: CPR certification, EFDA certification, and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
• Massachusetts: CPR certification, proof of formal training to expose X-rays, BORID certification, and annual CE requirements.
• Michigan:
  Upon hiring, furnish evidence of X‑ray training certification; an eight‑week period to submit if not yet certified.
• New Jersey:
  Proof of X‑ray training.
• New York:
  Not applicable.
• Ohio:
  Proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH permit).
• Texas: CPR certification, TSBDE: TX State Board of Dental Examiners.
