MIA Academy Internship Program

MIA Academy is an immersive learning experience and internship program facilitated by the Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix. This 14-week, in-person paid internship includes a robust learning component, beginning with a month of in-person enrichment classes designed to prepare participants for success throughout the program.

MIA Academy kicks off with in-person sessions covering sports business foundations. Students engage in case studies, apply lessons in real time, and hear from top professionals, gaining practical, lasting insights into the sports industry.

After coursework, interns move into roles across departments at the Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix. This hands-on experience reinforces learning while giving participants the chance to see their impact at a world-class motorsports event.
